چکیده
Abstract Composite cylindrical shells, as key components, are widely employed in large rotating machines. However, due to the frequency bifurcations and dense spectra caused by rotation, nonlinear vibration usually has behavior of complex multiple internal resonances. In addition, varying temperature fields make responses system further difficult obtain. Therefore, resonances composite shells with porosities induced rotation studied this paper. Three different types fields, Coriolis forces, centrifugal force considered here. The Hamilton principle modified Donnell shell theory used obtain equilibrium equations system, which transformed into ordinary differential (ODEs) multi-mode Galerkin technique. Thereafter, pseudo-arclength continuation method, can identify regions instability, is introduced numerical results. detailed parametric analysis performed. Multiple interaction between backward forward wave modes energy transfer phenomenon detected. Besides, amplitude-frequency response curves under fields.

Coupled Vibration of Partially Fluid-Filled Laminated Composite Cylindrical Shells
In this study, the free vibration of partially fluid-filled laminated composite circular cylindrical shell with arbitrary boundary conditions has been investigated by using Rayleigh-Ritz method. The analysis has been carried out with strain-displacement relations based on Love’s thin shell theory and the contained fluid is assumed irrotational, incompressible and inviscid. After determining the...
متن کاملBuckling Analysis of Composite Lattice Cylindrical Shells with Ribs Defects
In this paper, the buckling behavior of a composite lattice cylindrical shell is studied and effects of rib defects on the distribution of stress field and buckling response of the shell is investigated. A three dimensional finite element buckling analysis of the lattice shell is carried out using ANSYS suit of program. Geometrical data and material properties of the shell are obtained from the...
متن کاملLocal Behavior of Discretely Stiffened Composite Plates and Cylindrical Shells
The Layerwise Shell Theory is used to model discretely stiffened laminated composite plates and cylindrical shells for stress, vibration, pre-buckling and post-buckling analyses. The layerwise theory reduces a 3-D problem to a 2-D problem by expanding the 3-D displacement field as a function of a surface-wise 2-D displacement field and a 1-D interpolation polynomial through the shell thickness....

Stress Analysis of Composite Cylindrical Shells with an Elliptical Cutout
A special-purpose, semi-analytical solution method for determining the stress and deformation fields in a thin laminated-composite cylindrical shell with an elliptical cutout is presented. The analysis includes the effects of cutout size, shape, and orientation; non-uniform wall thickness; oval-cross-section eccentricity; and loading conditions. The loading conditions include uniform tension, u...
